You are required to read, understand, accept, and agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement before using the fcnMart application and/or accepting the content contained therein. By accessing or using the fcnMart website, users are considered to have understood and agreed to all the content in the terms and conditions below. The products offered are not made by fcnMart but by vendors. fcnMart always strives to keep the service safe, convenient, and functional, but fcnMart cannot guarantee continuous operation or perfect access to fcnMart services. Information and data on the fcnMart site may not be real-time. Users agree that, while using fcnMart services, they do so at their own risk, and fcnMart services are provided to users "as is" and "as available." fcnMart has the right to change, modify, suspend, or terminate all or any part of this site or service at any time, or after giving the required notice according to applicable laws and regulations. fcnMart may also launch specific services or features in beta versions, which may not function properly or the same as the final version, and fcnMart is not responsible in such cases. fcnMart may also restrict specific features or access to certain parts or all of the site or services at its own discretion and without notice or obligation.

The name fcnMart, icons, and related logos are registered trademarks in various legal jurisdictions and are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. It is strictly prohibited to use, modify, or install these trademarks for personal purposes and to discredit fcnMart.
Refunds, Passwords, and Security: Becoming a Registered User, buyer, or seller, hereinafter referred to as "fcnMart member," is free of charge. By choosing to create an account as a member of the fcnMart site, a fcnMart member will create a user account name and password during the registration process. Registered fcnMart members who have registered are entitled to act as buyers and sellers (following standard seller procedures). Registered fcnMart members must provide accurate and complete information, including when registering/logging in using other sites such as Google, Facebook, Apple ID, etc. fcnMart, without prior notice to the user, has the authority to take necessary actions in case of any suspected violation or breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or applicable laws, including actions such as removing items, closing stores, canceling listings, suspending accounts, and/or deleting accounts.
fcnMart has the right to permanently close the fcnMart member's account if fraudulent transactions that harm fcnMart are found. fcnMart may also impose penalties and/or seek reimbursement for losses due to fraud or violations. fcnMart members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account names and passwords and are fully responsible for all activities carried out in the name of the Registered User account.
Requirements: Users can apply for Account Closure independently through the feature provided by fcnMart in the Security menu and then access the Close Account option. Before applying for Account Closure, make sure you have checked all the content on your account and followed all the instructions provided in the Account Closure feature. fcnMart has the right to take necessary actions without prior notice, actions that are deemed necessary if there are things that do not comply with the rules in fcnMart, such as cheating in using vouchers, member accounts, and/or violating fcnMart rules, then fcnMart has the right to cancel transactions, cancel vouchers, or block the user's member account. fcnMart also has the right to summon users to the fcnMart office if there is found to be cheating and/or violation of the terms and conditions in force. Items that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for other items unless there is an agreement beforehand.
fcnMart has the right to impose penalties for any misuse of transactions using promotions and/or fake transactions in accordance with the loss caused by such fraudulent transactions.
